Learn his exact routine and how you can access the same technology. Despite being one of the most successful figures in sports history, his physical health was in a downward spiral. He suffered from chronic leg problems and severe sleep apnea that affected every aspect of his daily life. Everything changed when his friend Kerri Kasem introduced him to human biologist Gary Brecka (https://redsolwellness.club/blog/gary-brecka-red-light-therapy-biohack). Brecka made a bold promise: if White committed to his protocol, he would "change his whole life" in just 12 weeks. Today, the results are highly public and undeniable, sparking a massive interest in the world of biohacking. ### The Protocol That Changed Everything Dana White's transformation wasn't a fluke or a quick fix; it was a total overhaul of his biological environment using what is now known as the Superhuman Protocol. This system focuses on three pillars: magnetism, oxygen, and light. By utilizing Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy, Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT), and Red Light Therapy (https://redsolwellness.club/services/red-light-pro-bed), White managed to reverse years of physical decline. The shift was so dramatic that White has frequently commented on his renewed energy levels. > "I feel 25 years old again." > > — Dana White White's dedication to this routine is religious. He has integrated these clinically validated technologies into the very fabric of his home and office, ensuring that his body is constantly in a state of repair rather than a state of decay. This public transformation has turned the UFC President into an unofficial ambassador for modern wellness technology. ### Foundational Biohacking: PEMF and Cold Plunges The first step in White's daily routine often begins before he even wakes up. He utilizes a PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) mat, which uses low-frequency electromagnetic fields to help recharge the body's cellular voltage. This helps prime the cells for better nutrient absorption and detoxification during the sleep cycle. > "This here is the PEMF pad. I actually have this at my bed at home so this goes in your bed… I sleep on it every night." > > — Dana White Once he is out of bed, White moves to one of his most intense but rewarding habits: the cold plunge. He maintains his water at a brisk 50°F (10°C) and stays submerged for a full 3 minutes. While many people dread the cold, White views it as an essential tool for mental clarity and physical recovery. He has famously stated that the cold plunge is his "drug of choice" because no other habit provides such a long-lasting sense of well-being throughout the day. ### The Power of Oxygen and Light Central to Gary Brecka's (https://redsolwellness.club/blog/gary-brecka-red-light-therapy-biohack) philosophy is the role of oxygen in the body. After the cold plunge, White engages in Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT). This involves breathing in high-concentration oxygen while performing low-impact exercise for 10-12 minutes. The logic behind this is simple but profound: if the body has a surplus of oxygen, it can repair itself at an accelerated rate. > "The presence of oxygen is the absence of disease. If we want our bodies to repair, to regenerate, to detoxify, we want healthy levels of oxygen." > > — Gary Brecka The final and perhaps most influential step in White's protocol is Red Light Therapy. He spends 20 minutes in a full-body red light therapy bed (https://redsolwellness.club/services/red-light-pro-bed). This technology is clinically validated to help reduce inflammation (https://redsolwellness.club/blog/infrared-sauna-inflammation), improve eyesight, and enhance collagen and elastin production (https://redsolwellness.club/blog/red-light-therapy-collagen-production) in the skin. On a deeper cellular level, red light therapy improves mitochondrial metabolism (https://redsolwellness.club/blog/red-light-therapy-science-backed-benefits), which is the engine that drives energy production in every cell of the human body. > "I love this, I think if I only had one biohacking device in my life, it would be a red light therapy bed." > > — Dana White ### Investing in Your Health One of the biggest misconceptions about Dana White's health journey is that it is only accessible to the ultra-wealthy. While White has the means to build a world-class home facility, he is quick to point out that health should be the priority over material status symbols. He views these technologies as long-term investments that pay dividends in the form of extra years of life and better daily performance. > "You do not need all of this fancy expensive equipment. Sure, if you got 120 grand lying around I would buy that equipment before I bought a Range Rover, but most of us don't have that kind of money to spend." > > — Dana White The core lesson from White's story is that the body has an incredible capacity to heal when given the right signals. By managing inflammation, optimizing oxygen intake, and utilizing light therapy, he was able to resolve chronic issues like sleep apnea and leg pain that had plagued him for over a decade. Clinical research backs this up — studies show red light therapy can accelerate wound healing by 50% (https://redsolwellness.club/blog/red-light-therapy-wound-healing-case-study) and provide significant joint pain relief (https://redsolwellness.club/blog/red-light-therapy-joint-repair-osteoarthritis-study). ### Experience the Protocol at REDSOL You don't have to be the President of the UFC to access the same clinically validated technologies that Dana White used to reclaim his health.
